This client needed to get an old rental ready for sale before moving overseas for work.  We painted exterior siding, custom built matching wooden panels for the old garage door that was falling apart.  We painted the exterior, and moved on to the inside.  The entire ceiling was scraped and retextured, drywall was repaired and refinished, and new baseboard, door casings, window casings and doors were installed in the entire home before finishing it off with a paint job.  The kitchen cabinets were also repaired and refinished as part of the makeover.
