This downtown home was previously condemned, and in serious need of repair.  Modern Revival's part in this restoration was repairing and replacing damaged plaster walls using drywall, installing non-structural walls and door openings to create two new bedroom spaces, installing new baseboard, doors, and door casing, installing new floors throughout, installing new kitchen cabinets and Formica countertops, and painting both the interior and exterior. We also installed a new bathroom vanity and did the tile installation for the updated shower.
